General Description

The IMSI500P is our top-of-the-line Active cellular system, IMSI catcher, designed to detect the IMSI's & the IMEI's present and active in the designated area for 2G, 3G and 4G technologies. Each BTS acts as a fake mobile tower, thus forcing the IMSI & IMEI numbers registration to the IMSI500P system, as they attempt to find the strongest signal strength in the area.

Key operational benefits to the customer:

Phantom's Technologies active cellular system provides the operators with the capability to extract cellular identities in a designated area of interest. The system provides three main operational advantages:

  • Independency from Cellular service Providers – the operator does not need to connect with the Cellular Providers systems.
  • Covert operations – the system can be deployed in a discrete manner allowing the operating forces the much needed covertness.
  • The system is portable and can be handled in a suitcase.
The system's main purpose is to provide a low cost – high affective active cellular system that enables operators to control the cellular communications in a designated area.

Solution Description:

The IMSI500P is our designated active cellular system for 2G/3G/4G Phones installed in a Pelican suitcase. This capability enables the device's operators to the system from one place to another with relative ease.
The Pelican configuration:

The pelican suitcase includes 6 BTS's as described below:

  • 2 GSM BTS's 25Watt output power
  • 4 UMTS BTS's 25Watt output power
The G/U BTS's are Multi Rat SDR BTS. Each BTS includes its own PA composed of a nuke Pentium computer for the SW. The pelican suitcase also includes 6 embedded antennas which provide transmission and reception at the switch of bottom (this means that each antenna has dual use, Tx or Rx, which can be changed by pushing a button). Thus, enabling the system more reception and transmission power. The unit is powered by a 110/220VAC socket; furthermore, it can be provided with a long external battery life allows it to function freely for up to 4 hours between charges.
